My Story

Before graduation, I founded a micro-dance studio in my hometown in Northern Kentucky. I learned what it meant to wear multiple hats, run a business, and connect with people through bold storytelling and tight organization skills.

But Then…My Dance Career Went Down the Drain.

The sewer drain, that is.

A part-time gig at my local sanitation district introduced me to the world of water, wastewater regulations, and stormwater compliance.

Making Technical Work Shine

In the 10+ years since, I’ve held roles in the water sector spanning public relations, customer service, outreach, brand strategy and more.

I bring the passion, creativity and precision I honed as a dancer to communications challenges.

The Result? Solutions that help organizations across industries—like construction, utilities, and creative studios—communicate clearly, connect with their audiences, and shine.

Why illumibridge?

My dad nicknamed me lightning bug, and it became a sort of mission statement throughout my life (a whole personality). I view it as a rally cry to shine, to create and to reflect. I’ve created Illumibridge Communications with that concept in mind for others like you and your organization.

Here’s a little about me, Olivia

Kentucky-Raised, Jersey-Based. I grew up in Northern Kentucky on Skyline Chili and Goetta. After moving to the Northeast in 2021, I met my husband at a salsa dance party, and we now call Central Jersey home.

Active and Adventurous. I spent a month volunteering in India and love planning my next trip.

Always Searching for New Recipes. If you have a favorite gluten-free or dairy-free recipe, I simply have to hear it!
